All Our Drinks are 100% natural, 100% fresh, extremely good for you AND taste delicious. So what's the difference? In short: juices are healthy drinks and smoothies are healthy snacks.


The great thing with juice is that you still get all the vitamins and nutrients of the fruit and vegetables without the bulk - it is quite literally liquid health with pure energy as its secret ingredient.


Our smoothies are made by blending whole fruits with fresh fruit juice and at times adding yoghurt or dairy / soya milk. They provide an instant pick-me-up kick that combines with slow release energy to make sure you stay as bright as the drink itself. Smoothies make a great option for a mid morning / early afternoon snack when hunger gets the better of you and you don't want to fall for the coffee-with-chocolate-biscuit trap (again).
